Treatment of scars after mole removal at Rodam Korean Medicine Clinic with Coratherapy

Hello, this is Rodam Korean Medicine Clinic, the beginning of Coratherapy for scar removal.
Spot removal procedures have now become a popular choice for many people without much hesitation.
However, many are not well aware of the indented scars that may remain after spot removal.
Especially for facial spots, it is common to remove multiple spots at once rather than just one or two,
which increases the likelihood of indented scars forming over a larger area.
These indented scars do not heal naturally and require medical intervention.
In Korean medicine, Coratherapy is used for treating such scars,
and today, we would like to share an actual case study regarding this treatment.

Case :: Scars formed 2 years after spot removal

History :: No prior treatment experience, started with treating scars under the eyes out of 10 scars

Report :: 6 sessions of Coratherapy conducted

The case we are introducing today involves a male patient who developed indented scars and redness after spot removal 2 years ago,
causing significant stress.
He had approximately 10 scars across his face,
and the scar under his eyes caused the most distress.
Additionally, the skin had undergone changes post-removal, making natural healing difficult.
Rodam Korean Medicine Clinic recommended Coratherapy to promote skin regeneration from the dermis layer,
and a treatment plan was set for a total of 6 sessions.

The patient was concerned that the long-standing scars would take a long time to heal,
but he began to notice improvements by the 4th session.
As seen in the photos, by the 4th session, the redness around the scars had significantly reduced,
and the indented areas started to fill in gradually.

After the 6th session, even more encouraging results were observed.
The indented areas had almost leveled out as new skin formed,
and the altered skin tissue had recovered to a healthy state.
The prominent redness initially visible had greatly diminished,
restoring a natural skin tone.

This is due to the principles of Coratherapy.
Coratherapy, especially the Coratherapy conducted at Rodam Korean Medicine Clinic,
directly targets the scarred areas to repair damaged skin tissue and
promote the formation of new skin.
Through the use of acupuncture, it stimulates the skin’s self-regeneration ability,
making it possible not only to cover the scars but also to restore the altered skin tissue itself.

Additionally, while it is commonly believed that long-standing scars from laser treatments are difficult to treat,
Coratherapy can improve even scars that are over 2 years old by directly breaking adhesions beneath the epidermis
and inducing dermal recovery.

If you are struggling with unexpected scars after spot removal or laser treatments,
do not give up and consider consulting with an expert.
Since 2006, Rodam has treated over 80,000 scars,
and we hope to help you resolve your long-standing scar concerns. Thank you.
